Meet THE Team
Ben & Rachel were dairy farmers at Monteith and went into producing beef after it was no longer possible to continue in the dairy farming industry. Ben decided to build Monteith Meats in 2017 which they started out running on their own, not long after they employed 3 staff members including a qualified butcher to assist with the high demand of orders.
They now have 3 qualified butchers, Rachel, David and Peter.
Peter Mason has recently come to Monteith Meats after closing his business, Murray Bridge Village Butchers.
We have two apprentice butchers, Emily and Chloe.
Rachel has 38 years of butchering experience and is very passionate about supplying quality products and friendly service.
They now have 3 qualified butchers, Rachel, David and Peter.
